Went back and installed Realplayer 15 and same problem. Worked fine until I pushed new version with cloud update. Need to get downloader button working and also stopping from closing when I delete video or update database due to closing as mentioned before. Downloaded new Flash and followed every step including downloading new RealPlayer program. The Cloud update ruined my player as it does not work at all now. Sorry for the trouble.
