The rest have been deleted, or filed away. I am able to receive and send emails with no errors.

I occasionally have the issue of my Outlook either crashing and then it won’t sync my mail in outlook. It is sad when your phone becomes the more reliable email client. So there is a potential fix for most of you out there. The Database for the Outlook profile can get corrupted over time and may need to be rebuilt on Outlook 2011 on Mac.

I bought a Mac Air yesterday primarily for work proposes. I installed Office 2011 and entered exchange data into Outlook and the Mac did a great job with auto discover and setting up my email and downloading it and my folders. MY work is all PC. My problem: When I modify my email on my MAC, say delete an item or move it to a folder, it does not update my outlook on my work PC (or work webmail). It is almost as if it is only modifying it locally (note: my folders are NOT under my computer). The inbox on the MAC will update with new email and if I delete email on my work PC it will delete it on my MAC, but not the other way around.
